This method will "Ping" your phone to ask if you would like to approve the request to login, this is the quickest and most straight-forward method, but requires an extra app.
One Time Password (TOTP)
Requirements: A One Time Password (OTP) app, such as RapidIdentity Mobile, Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or others.
This method will generate a one time password every 30 seconds on your device. This method does not require an active cellular or data connection.

Requirements: Access to your personal email
This method will email you a code to your personal email, you will then use this code in conjunction with your password.
