Snap-downloading reports as a csv

Hi Maureen,

I heard back from the SNAP ticket that I created regarding downloading reports as a csv. This is the response I received:

"Each SNAP user has a toolbox icon in the upper right corner of their SNAP screen that has a “download files” icon (arrow that points down). This acts like a bridge between the computer they are working at and our servers. Full details are attached!"

I tried it on my account, and was able to find the reports I had attempted to download last week. I am attaching the help file that they shared with me.
