How do I enroll and use RapidIdentity Mobile (PingMe) for 2FA?
Please only follow the steps in this article after you have selected PingMe as your perferred MFA option.
Prerequisites: The RapidIdentity Mobile App installed on your device
1. After logging into the portal for the first time, and selecting your preferred MFA method of PingMe
2. Open "RapidIdentity" on your device
3. On the screen that appears, choose "Continue"
4. Choose "Add Manually"
5. Choose "Add a Server Account"
6. Enter a server URL of "https://my.d41.org" and tap "Submit"
7. Enter your D41 Username and newly created password and tap "Submit"
8. Create a PIN of at least 6 numbers, and tap submit
This pin will be used when approving requests for authentication if Touch ID/Face ID/Fingerprint or another biometric option is not available.
9. Success! You have successfully enrolled your device in RapidIdentity Mobile! Tap "Done" to return to the main screen
Approving a Request
Requests will appear as notifications on your phone, simply tap the notification, and (if prompted) enter your authorizing PIN as set in step 8 above. Your device MUST have an internet connection to receive and approve requests.
